Index page has departmental navigational buttons on the left side of the page
and also has links to Special and Gift Giving ideas. They even have a search
function that lets you search by term or by catalog item number. You may want
to try the Shop by Brand Button or Special Size button. This is a nice
feature that you do not find on many other web sites.. The Home page is broken
down in general categories and then again broken down into specific types of
products. When selecting apparel, JCPenney gives you sizing guidelines, sizing
charts, and even allows you to e-mail the product information to a friend.
Another great feature is the alternate and Product Zoom feature found on the
left side of the page.
